Convenient location near Yamanote line station, one stop from Narita airport. Rooftop offers great view of Sky Tree. Clean and comfortable room with ample outlets. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice walk through Ueno park to reach Ueno station. Provides extra amenities without request.

The location of the hotel was great, close to public transportation and easy to find. The staff were friendly and always available to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The hotel had a charming retro vibe that added to the overall experience.
The rooms were quite small and it was difficult to unpack and move around. The lack of space made it challenging to make ourselves comfortable.

The location was perfect, being right near the Uguisudani train station and close to two different metro lines. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily refresh of towels and toiletries was a nice touch. We loved the rooftop terrace with its stunning view of the city. a great experience.
That the breakfast options were limited and there was no buffet, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was super comfortable, clean, and quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff were amazing and spoke English, which was a bonus. I also loved the stylish vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to the JR station for exploring Tokyo. the value for money was excellent.

We were really surprised by the excellent design of the hotel and the friendly staff. The lobby, in particular, caught our attention with its stylish decor. Although the rooms were small, they were well designed and provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast was original and enjoyable, although we wished for more variety after a few days.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the JR station and there are convenient stores along the way. Opposite the hotel, there are 24-hour Ramen stores and a small supermarket. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily room cleaning service. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel has a nice design.
Felt like visiting family, no complaint.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient as it was very close to the train station. Being near to two different metro lines made it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided a nice selection of options.
